Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:

- Romania: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
